"Mingus" American Made Oscar Schmidt

"Mingus" is an American Made Oscar Schmidt autoharp built in what I call the "Sweet Spot" for Oscar Schmidt autoharps in the 1970s.

This is completely refurbished, with new strings, new felt, and the anchor has been fastend down. 
It's named after Charles Mingus because it seems to have a bit more bass than other Oscars, possibly due to it having an installed sound post.

These 1970s vintage American made Oscar Schmidt autoharps are lighter, better built, and out perform new Oscar Schmidt autoharps from overseas factories, even though they may have signs of their age.

This is a "Certified Used" autoharp with a one year warranty.
