"Flora" OS 21 American made 1970's

This is "Flora" an American made 1970's OS 21 bar with a floral decal.  It has new strings and felt, strap buttons installed.  Anchor locked. Brian Bowers layout.  Has a few scratches on the back, 2 screw holes where the 15 bar holders orginally were (these can be covered).  Also minor separation in the pinblock but is stable.
